Discover how to uncover humor in the ordinary with “Find the Funny.” This workshop will teach you to look for absurd situations, embrace the unexpected, and observe quirky human behavior. You’ll explore wordplay, exaggeration, and irony while learning to connect unrelated ideas for maximum comedic effect. We’ll practice self-deprecating humor, amplifying everyday frustrations, and using timing for comedic delivery. Learn to find laughter in the mundane and turn negativity into something lighthearted. By the end, you'll see the world in a funnier, more entertaining way.

This class is one (1) three hour session. The instructor is Dan Sturdivant. All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable. All students must adhere to policies in the Dallas Comedy Club Student Handbook. Must be 18 years or older to enroll and participate.
